When engaging our cleaning services, you agree to provide safe and legal access to the property, ensure that the property does not contain hazardous materials or dangerous conditions without prior disclosure, secure or remove valuable items that you do not wish to be moved or handled, ensure that any pets are secured and unable to interfere with service provision, and notify us immediately of any changes to property access arrangements or safety considerations.

Our services are intended for use by individuals aged 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of our services

Monetary Limitations

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or £500, whichever is lower.
