Refunds for services not performed or performed unsatisfactorily will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Regular cleaning services are typically scheduled during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability for specific services. Emergency or same-day services may be available at our discretion and may incur additional charges.

Service Modifications and Updates

This may include changes to pricing, service offerings, or operational procedures. We will make reasonable efforts to notify existing clients of significant changes that affect their services.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by improper client instructions, or items of exceptional value not declared to us in advance.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, except where prohibited by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate regular cleaning services by providing written notice at least one service cycle in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with any client at our discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these terms, abusive behavior toward our staff, or non-payment.

Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of any outstanding charges for services already provided.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
