Refunds for services not performed or performed unsatisfactorily will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Termination

Either party may terminate regular cleaning services by providing written notice at least one service cycle in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with any client at our discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these terms, abusive behavior toward our staff, or non-payment.

Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of any outstanding charges for services already provided.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
